we provide our ActiveManage service, the cost is calculated on a per user/computer basis and there are no hidden charges.
The only exception is for project based work where a cost for implementation will be discussed and agreed prior to implementation, i.e. operating system upgrades or implementation of a new service.
The contract not only covers the desktops but also the servers and associated infrastructure with an SLA designed for responding to any incidents that may arise to ensure their timely rectification.
