ActiveMonitor is a managed service that RCR can deploy to clients using our NMS monitoring solution, NMS is charged on a per probe deployed basis, i.e. Operating System Probe and/or Mail Server Service probe etc.
When alert conditions are triggered various levels of response are configurable, these can be in the form of a simple email to the network administrator, or if preferred via automated escalation to the Fultura helpdesk, our engineers can then to respond to these alerts accordingly.
